A clip showing a dog defecating on President Donald Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star has spread rapidly across social media.
"For the first time in history, a dog has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize," posted Morgan J. Freeman, an anti-Trump commentator unrelated to the famous actor. The footage captured a leashed dog squatting over Trump's star before relieving itself.
"Even the dog knows dude's a s*** president," one viewer commented. Another suggested the canine possessed exceptional instincts.
"Dogs are wonderful judges of character," a third observer noted. A fourth commenter declared: "Best dog ever? Nah… this one just raised the standard for all dogs." It comes after Trump made a disturbing sex comment on stage that silenced the audience.
The president was honored with his star in 2007 for his contributions to the Miss Universe pageant and The Apprentice, well before entering the political arena; yet, it has suffered repeated acts of vandalism.
Multiple people and groups have demanded Trump's star be taken down.

"Humans have peed on it, pet owners have let their dogs poop on it, and many passerby spit at it," stated Care2, the digital advocacy organization behind a 2016 petition seeking the star's removal.
"The message is clear: the public does not approve of Trump or the fact that he has a Hollywood Star."
In 2016, a man identified as James Otis destroyed the star's brass components using a pickaxe and sledgehammer.
He confessed to the vandalism and received three years' probation. In 2018, Austin Clay vandalized the star before turning himself in to authorities.
He received a sentence of one day behind bars, three years of probation, and twenty days of community service.
Following repairs later that year, Trump's star was protected with barriers, though it continued to be marred with swastikas and additional graffiti.
Throughout Trump's time in office, the star has served as a focal point for demonstrations and rallies.
