The latest announcement is out from Signatureglobal (India) Limited ( (IN:SIGNATURE) ).
Signatureglobal (India) Limited has disclosed that four wholly owned subsidiaries, JMK Holdings, Signature Infrabuild, Sternal Buildcon and Forever Buildtech, have issued corporate guarantees to Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, acting as trustee for IndusInd Bank, to secure a rupee term loan of up to Rs 150 crore taken by the parent company. The guarantees are unconditional, absolute and irrevocable, and are classified as contingent liabilities for the guarantor entities, with the company stating there is no direct impact on the listed parent.
In a parallel move, three subsidiaries have guaranteed a separate rupee term loan facility of up to Rs 250 crore obtained by Forever Buildtech, while Forever Buildtech has itself guaranteed existing credit facilities totalling Rs 398.3 crore extended to Signatureglobal and several of its subsidiaries. The arrangements underscore the group’s reliance on intra-group support to back substantial bank financing, reinforcing liquidity for ongoing projects while concentrating credit exposure within the corporate structure and signalling continued engagement with institutional lenders.
