The latest update is out from Brookfield Corporation ( (TSE:BN) ).

Brookfield Corporation, the Canadian-based alternative asset manager, is moving to simplify its corporate structure by consolidating under a single publicly traded entity, Brookfield Corporation Ltd., in a transaction previously announced on May 26, 2026. The change, to be implemented via a court-approved plan of arrangement, is subject to shareholder approval at upcoming meetings for both Brookfield Corporation and Brookfield Wealth Solutions.
In connection with the plan, Brookfield filed a Form 6-K on June 5, 2026, furnishing its management information circular and proxy materials for holders of Class A shares ahead of an annual and special meeting scheduled for July 16, 2026. Shareholders will vote on routine items such as director elections and auditor appointment, as well as on the simplification transaction and several new share option and escrowed stock plans that will shape the equity structure of the reorganized company.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BN) stock is a Buy
with a C$60.00 price target.

Spark’s Take on BN Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BN is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by financial risk factors—very high leverage and weak cash conversion with negative free cash flow—despite strong operating metrics. Technicals are moderately supportive with price above key moving averages and neutral momentum, while valuation is a notable headwind due to the extremely high P/E and low yield. Earnings call commentary adds support via strong fundraising/distributable earnings momentum and positive guidance.
