Meghan Trainor has cancelled her Get in Girl Tour.
The 32-year-old pop star has taken to social media to announce that after "some really tough conversations", she's taken the decision to cancel her tour, two months before it was due to begin.
She wrote on her Instagram Story: "After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I've made the difficult decision to cancel the Get in Girl Tour.
"Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now.
"I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans, and I am so sorry to let you down. But I know this is the right decision for my family and me right now.
"I promise I'll be back soon, and I can't wait for you to hear this new record. I'm so proud of it and I'm endlessly grateful for your love and support always."
The pop star \u2014 who welcomed her third child via a surrogate in January \u2014 cancelled the tour shortly after admitting to being reduced to tears by her critics.
Meghan revealed that she anticipated the vitriol that came her way after having a baby via a surrogate.
During an appearance on the Not Gonna Lie podcast, Meghan \u2014 who has undergone a dramatic weight-loss transformation in recent years \u2014 shared: "I didn't look [at the comments].
"I knew fully-because it was after all the hate I was already getting for changing, just for looking different because I took care of myself\u2014so I was like, 'Oh, they hate me now. They ain't going to like this'. And it was a cloud of tears every night of just worry.
"I want my daughter to come to this world and not everyone attack her for the way she got here.\u00a0
"All of that went through my head. But my team was with me, my therapist was with me, everyone was so supportive. My husband was like, 'Everyone can suck our a**.'"
