400;\">report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Friday (April 10) from Bloomberg News, which points out that these tests are happening as the White House is encouraging banks to use Mythos to identify vulnerabilities.<\/span><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpmorganchase.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JPMorgan Chase<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldmansachs.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goldman Sachs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citigroup.com\/global\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citigroup<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bankofamerica.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bank of America<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.morganstanley.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morgan Stanley<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are among the banks testing the tool internally, the report added, citing sources familiar with the matter.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These sources added that U.S. Treasury Secretary <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/about\/general-information\/officials\/scott-bessent\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scott Bessent<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Federal Reserve Chair <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalreserve.gov\/newsevents\/speech\/powell20260111a.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jerome Powell<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> had held a meeting last week with Wall Street executives, warning them that they should take the Mythos model seriously and use it to uncover holes in their defenses.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Treasury spokesperson told PYMNTS last week that the Trump administration plans to hold several more <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/cybersecurity\/2026\/feds-warn-major-banks-of-anthropic-mythos-cyber-threat\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">meetings with regulators<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and institutions on an ongoing basis, addressing AI and other issues.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPresident Trump and the Administration are
