A few blocks south of the Sunset Strip, construction is underway for a new affordable housing complex from <\/span>West Hollywood Community Housing Corp.<\/span><\/a>

Located at 910 N. Wetherly Drive<\/a>, the project will eventually consist of a seven-story building featuring 89 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units atop parking for 66 vehicles.<\/span>
The new apartments are to be reserved for households earning up to <\/span>80 percent of the area median income level<\/span><\/a>, including residents with chronic illnesses and transition age youth.<\/span>
OfficeUntitled<\/span><\/a> is designing the contemporary podium-type development, which will include a lobby, a fitness room, a courtyard, a rooftop deck, and offices for on-site management and service providers.<\/span>
