Blaisdell Center.<br \/>Guests and vendors were evacuated from the venue at about 3 p.m. as emergency crews responded to the incident.<br \/>According to the Honolulu Fire Department, the pepper spray device accidentally discharged at a vendor&rsquo;s booth. The building was evacuated and aired out before officials determined it was safe for people to return.<br \/>Patrons and vendors were allowed back inside less than an hour later.<br \/>Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said multiple crews evaluated 14 adult patients who were affected by the incident.
