Discovery, saying in a joint letter to FCC Chairman Brendan Carr that the deal could pose a national security risk because of foreign investors&#8217; involvement.<br \/>Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J.; Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.; and Sen.
