Team members will also distribute snacks and help organize activities and giveaways for athletes and their families to enjoy between competitions.<br \/>During the recent ShopRite LPGA powered by Wakefern, ShopRite and Coca-Cola hosted the annual Special Olympics New Jersey Golf Clinic where ShopRite also announced a $150,000 donation to expand opportunities for athletes with Special Olympics New Jersey.<br \/>\u201cOur relationship with Special Olympics New Jersey has been incredibly meaningful to our Wakefern and ShopRite family for decades,\u201d said Mike Stigers, president of Wakefern Food Corp. \u201cFrom cheering on athletes at the Summer Games to supporting year-round programs, it\u2019s inspiring to see the joy, determination and sense of community Special Olympics New Jersey brings to so many.
