The exhibit features ocean-inspired artwork by Oahu students, more than 150 from 22 schools, done in partnership with the University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program. <br \/>The exhibit aligns with World Ocean Day celebrations and Hawaii\u2019s 2026 declaration of \u201cMakahiki Kuleana Kahakai: The Year of Our Coastal Kuleana.\u201d<br \/>On Saturday, June 6, a community beach cleanup will take place at the Sand Island Boat Ramp in partnership with the Global Preservation Initiative and other community organizations. There will also be educational booths, family-friendly activities and raffle giveaways. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalpreservationinitiative.org\/june-6-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.globalpreservationinitiative.org\/june-6-2026\">Click here to register.<\/a><br \/>On Monday, June 8, the aquarium will hold educational feedings, hands-on crafts, face paintings, learn about marine conservation and can take part in a \u201csquawkie-talkie\u201d activity with author Benjamin Fairfield, creator of \u201cKani Ka \u2018Opala: How Can Garbage Sing?\u201d<br \/>On Saturday, June 27, the Aquarium will host the 10th annual OUTRIGGER Zone Day where attendees can learn about local efforts to protect Hawaii\u2019s oceans.<br \/>On Tuesday, June 30, the Neal S.
