AI marketing software company Aizy<\/strong><\/a> has acquired fellow Dutch industry player Uptmz<\/a><\/strong>, with plans to create an integrated advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta bringing together software, AI-powered optimisation, and strategic support within a single ecosystem.
Today\u2019s news follows their \u20ac2 million raise back in February and their \u20ac22 million valuation<\/a>.
\u201cThis acquisition is a major step forward. Aizy\u2019s acquisition of Uptmz follows notable funding and M&A activity within their sector \u2013 specifically for European software companies applying AI to marketing execution, creative workflows, search visibility, sales intelligence, and e-commerce operations.
