As Mental Health Awareness Month is recognized throughout May, Eagle View Community Health System Marketing Director Sabrina Wilson is reminding community members that support and resources are available:

Everyone faces stress, anxiety, grief, or difficult moments at some point in their life and reaching out for support is a sign of strength and not weakness. We just want people to know that it is okay to call. You do not have to have a referral from a provider. Another thing that we really strive for at Eagle View is reducing the stigma.\u201d
