The North Carolina High School Athletic Association girls soccer playoffs<\/a> begin on May 11.
Western North Carolina<\/a> has a handful of teams that made the NCHSAA playoffs.
Here are 20 All-WNC Player of the Year candidates to watch in the postseason.

Grier Case, Asheville High, Forward, So.: <\/strong>Case has racked up 27 goals and 16 assists while leading the Cougars to a 15-4 overall record.
Sadie Hambright, Asheville High, Midfielder, Sr.:<\/strong> Hambright scored 10 goals and added nine assists while controlling the middle of the field for Asheville High this season.
Ellie Wiegand-Reavis, Asheville High, Goalkeeper, Sr.:<\/strong> Wiegand-Reavis made 49 saves while allowing 16 goals.
Nora Felty, Brevard, Midfielder, Sr.:<\/strong> Felty recorded nine goals and 15 assists. She helped the Blue Devils capture a Mountain Eight Conference championship and go 16-1-2 this season.
Charley Goodwin, Brevard, Forward, Jr.:<\/strong> Goodwin had 23 goals and seven assists.
Dana Walls, Brevard, Forward, So.:<\/strong> Walls has collected 16 goals and 12 assists.
Reagan Adams, Hendersonville, Forward, Jr.:<\/strong> Adams tallied 33 goals and six assists while leading the Bearcats to a 16-2-1 record.
Amelia Hodge, Hendersonville, Forward, So.:<\/strong> Hodge collected 28 goals and 10 assists.
Addison Reid, Hendersonville, Midfielder, Jr.:<\/strong> Reid scored 15 goals while contributing 10 assists.
Karmen Baker, North Buncombe, Midfielder, Jr.:<\/strong> Baker tallied 21 goals and 18 assists. The Black Hawks went 13-6-2 with her help.
Reeve Carroll, Polk County, Midfielder, So.:<\/strong> Carroll accumulated 25 goals and 11 assists while leading the Wolverines to a 14-2-4 record and a Western Highlands Conference championship.
Gabby Savaia, Polk County, Forward, Sr.:<\/strong> Savaia scored 15 goals while adding 24 assists.
Katelynn Ciolek, Reynolds, Midfielder, Sr.:<\/strong> Ciolek scored five goals and added 10 assists. She led the Rockets to a 14-3-2 record and a Mountain Athletic Conference championship.
Christina Diavatis, Reynolds, Forward, Jr.:<\/strong> Diavatis recorded 17 goals and six assists.
Izzy Toothman, Reynolds, Midfielder, So.:<\/strong> Toothman had 10 goals and six assists for Reynolds.
Aria Giles, Roberson, Forward, Jr.:<\/strong> Giles racked up 15 goals and eight assists. The Rams went 15-4-1 with her help this season.
Sam Maki, Roberson, Forward, So.:<\/strong> Maki has accumulated 27 goals and 10 assists.
Payten Mitchell, Roberson, Goalkeeper, Fr.:<\/strong> Mitchell had an outstanding freshman campaign, making 65 saves while conceding 18 goals.
Macy Craft, Smoky Mountain, Midfielder, Jr.:<\/strong> Craft has racked up 26 goals and 13 assists.
Audrey Monteith, Swain County, Midfielder, Sr.:<\/strong> Monteith recorded 24 goals and seven assists.
