Troon<\/a>, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, has announced the appointment of\u00a0Deane Ilukowicz as the company\u2019s new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Ilukowicz will lead Troon\u2019s global human resources team, supporting the company\u2019s 35,000-plus associates across 45 states, 40 countries and multiple brands. She will office at Troon\u2019s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ilukowicz has 30-plus years of experience in building and transforming global HR organizations that enable growth, operational excellence, and strong culture. She most recently served as the Chief People Officer for Scottsdale-based TPI Composites.
Throughout her career, Ilukowicz has led the HR teams at several large organizations, including Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at TransUnion, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hypertherm, as well as senior level HR roles at financial services and manufacturing companies.
\u201cDeane brings strong experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine commitment to developing people and strengthening culture,\u201d said Troon President and CEO Tim Schantz. \u201cShe has strong business acumen and is going to add a lot to the team.\u201d
Ilukowicz has an MBA from Wake Forest University and her bachelor\u2019s degree in social and behavioral science from The Johns Hopkins University. She also served as a trustee for the Community College System of New Hampshire and provides free HR consulting to nonprofit organizations.
