Arnold Schwarzenegger stepped out with his girlfriend Heather Milligan for a date night at Nobu Malibu. The notoriously private couple have been dating for almost 14 years.

After all, the Terminator <\/em>alum and the physical therapist recently enjoyed an intimate date night, grabbing dinner together at Japanese restaurant Nobu Malibu.
For the low-key affair, Arnold, 78, donned a gray sports jacket over a black sweater and blue jeans. Meanwhile, Heather, 51, wore a white blazer with gold buttons paired with a white top and black bottoms.
Although the couple have been dating for over a decade<\/a>, they've largely kept their romance out of the spotlight. In fact, what first drew Arnold to Heather was her dedication to her work.
\u201cI think the world of her," he told People<\/em><\/a> in 2023. "I love that she\u2019s into working. She's clearly independent. She just is driven as hell."
So, it was Arnold's good fortune that, when he was recovering from a 2012 shoulder surgery and preparing for his and Sylvester Stallone<\/strong>'s 2013 movie Escape Plan<\/em>, a doctor recommended Heather to him for physiotherapy.
"I said, 'I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches and I have fights with Sly and I want to have my act together,'" the action star recalled in a 2023 interview with People<\/em><\/a>. "And so he says, 'There's only one [person], it's Heather\u2014any athlete, I always send them to her, because she's the only one that really knows what they\u2019re talking about.'"
Arnold continued, "So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next."
At the time, the Expendables <\/em>actor was also navigating his divorce from Maria Shriver<\/strong><\/a>, who he split with in 2011<\/a> after coming clean about fathering son Joseph Baena<\/strong><\/a>, 28, with family housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena<\/strong><\/a>.
Looking back, Arnold admitted that chapter of his life was "very, very difficult in the beginning."
"Eventually, you move on," he told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/em> in 2023. "I have a wonderful girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is very successful."
And though there was initially "drama," the FUBAR<\/em> star has now developed a friendly relationship with Maria<\/a>, with whom he shares kids Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/strong><\/a>, 36, Christina Schwarzenegge<\/strong>r, 34, Patrick Schwarzenegger<\/strong><\/a>, 32, and Christopher Schwarzenegger<\/strong>, 28.
"She and I are really good friends and very close, and we are very proud of the way we raised our kids," he added. "If there's Oscars for how to handle divorce, Maria and I should get it for having the least amount of impact on the kids. The sweetness and kindness you see in them, that's from my wife. The discipline and work ethic is from me."

That\u2019s because the actor\u2019s kids Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/strong><\/a>, Christina Schwarzenegger<\/strong>, Patrick<\/span><\/span> Schwarzenegger<\/a>, Chris Schwarzenegger<\/strong> (with ex-wife Maria Shriver<\/strong><\/a>) and Joseph Baena<\/strong> (with former housekeeper Mildred Baena<\/strong>) are all grown up.<\/p>\n

So, these days, his favorite title is no longer dad\u2014but grandpa to Katherine and husband Chris Pratt<\/strong>\u2019s three kids together: Lyla<\/strong>, Eloise<\/strong> and Ford<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

"It's the easiest thing to be a grandfather," Arnold told Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong><\/a> in 2022. "They come over to the house, you play with Lyla for around an hour or two, put her on the horse, put her with the dog. And after two hours, they leave."

Maria wed Arnold in 1986, but filed for divorce in 2011 after she learned he had fathered a child through his affair.<\/p>\n

And her son-in-law Chris applauds the way the former first lady of California and her ex co-parented in the spotlight.<\/p>\n

"She and Arnold raised four amazing kids, and that's not always an easy thing to do," the Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em> actor told Today<\/em><\/a> in May 2024. "You see people in Hollywood or people who\u2019ve got a lot of privilege, and they end up kind of raising rotten kids. So I just want to kind of ask her everything. 'What\u2019d you do? How did you not spoil them? How did you not ruin them?'"<\/p>\n

The apparent secret, Chris added, "I think she holds them accountable. When Maria walks in the room, you stand up. She's big on manners, and she\u2019s big on accountability, and she's deeply rooted in her faith. These are all things that I definitely want to take and implement in the rearing of our children."\u00a0

Born in 1993, Patrick is the oldest son of Arnold and Maria. And while having parents in the business is great and all, he's also credited his brother-in-law Chris with helping him nab one plum part.<\/p>\n

"I remember when Chris said, 'Hey you know there's this young role, Donny Mitchell, you'll be the youngest in the platoon," <\/em>Patrick\u00a0told Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong> in 2022 of booking a gig<\/a> in the Amazon Prime Video series The Terminal List<\/em>. "'But if you want to get this role, I need you to go and try to get into character and really get this. I need you to gain 20 pounds and start tactical training, and know how they move, the body language, all this stuff.'"\u00a0<\/p>\n

Having the chance to train with real-life Navy SEALs, he added, was "a dream come true." And more pinch-me moments have followed, with the actor going on to play Saxon Ratliff on The White Lotus<\/em> and Tim Tebow<\/strong><\/a> in FX's American Sports Story<\/em>. <\/p>\n

But even with all his connections, Patrick makes it clear he puts in the hard work.<\/p>\n

"I know there are people who\u2019ll say I only got this role because of who my dad is," Patrick told The Sunday Times<\/a><\/em> in February 2025 of his part on The White Lotus<\/em>. "They\u2019re not seeing that I\u2019ve had 10 years of acting classes, put on school plays every week, worked on my characters for hours on end or the hundreds of rejected auditions I\u2019ve been on."<\/p>\n

Soon, he'll be taking on a new role: husband. He proposed to\u00a0model<\/a> Abby Champion<\/strong><\/a> in December 2023.\u00a0

Katherine is the eldest of the Schwarzenegger kids, with Arnold and Maria welcoming her in 1989.<\/p>\n

And now, The Gift of Forgiveness<\/em> author has a family of her own with Chris, who she married in 2019<\/a> after a year of dating. <\/p>\n

In 2020, they welcomed daughter Lyla<\/a>. Little sister Eloise entered the world<\/a> two years later followed by younger brother Ford in 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"When I became a mother, I felt like everything in my life had led me right to that baby being put on my chest, and it was perfect," she wrote in a piece<\/a> for her mother Maria's website. Anna and Chris' son Jack was born about two months early in August 2012 and spent time in the neonatal intensive care unit<\/a>.
"The day came when I got to take Jack home," the actress recalled<\/a> at a 2021 event for the Global Alliance to Prevent Prematurity and Stillbirth, "and the first years were filled with doctor's appointments, five surgeries, physical therapy, a lot of laughter\u2014because Jack was and is the most adorable cutest thing I could ever have imagined.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Jack is navigating his teenage years. However, he isn't too old to ask his mom and dad for advice.<\/p>\n

"I think as parents, we're always questioning, \u2018What are we doing? Are we giving good guidance? Are we raising kids with a good foundation?'" Anna\u00a0<\/span>explained to E!<\/a> in March 2025. So when Jack turns to her for help, "Those indicators make me feel like, 'Okay, I'm on the right path here,'" she continued. "And I'm really proud of him."<\/span>

A little more than a year after Katherine and Chris tied the knot, they welcomed<\/a> daughter Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger <\/a>Pratt<\/a> <\/strong>in August 2020, her middle name a nod to Katherine\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n

And while Chris keeps much of his <\/strong>family life private, he did share that Jack was already acing his duties as the older sibling.<\/a><\/p>\n

"I\u2019m girl dad 2.0," the Zero Dark Thirty<\/em> actor told E!<\/a> in June 2022. "My oldest daughter is adjusting very well to being a big sister. At first, she was kinda like, \u2018So, what\u2019s the deal with that thing? What up with that? Look at me.\u2019 And now, she\u2019s very much embraced the idea. She constantly wants to hold her sister, and she\u2019s just very, very sweet. That\u2019s the stuff that\u2019s important. On Nov. 8, 2024, Katherine and Chris welcomed their son Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"Mama and baby are doing well and Ford\u2019s siblings are thrilled by his arrival," the couple wrote on Instagram a few days later. "We feel so blessed and grateful."

Christopher Schwarzenegger is Arnold and Maria's youngest son together, and Christina Schwarzenegger is their youngest daughter.<\/p>\n

Born in 1997, Christopher has stayed largely out of the public eye. He is Vice Chair of the Special Olympics Founder's Council. According to his bio<\/a>, Christopher is also the Director of Development at production company Indus Valley Media. He previously worked at creative content agency Malka as well as for sports <\/em>psychologist Trevor Moawad<\/strong> and is a University of Michigan grad with a psychology degree.<\/p>\n

As for Christina, born in 1991, she's an executive producer\u2014with her past credits including the 2018 documentary Take Your Pills<\/em> and 2022 doc Take Your Pills: Xanax<\/em>.

Joseph\u00a0is Arnold's son from his affair with then-housekeeper\u00a0Mildred Patricia Baena.

While Joseph was born in 1997, Arnold didn't find out he was the father until much later.<\/p>\n

"I had an affair in '96," The Terminator<\/em> alum said in his 2023 docuseries Arnold<\/em>. "In the beginning, I really didn't know. I just started kind of feeling. The older he got, the more it became clear to me, and it was then just really a matter of how do you keep this quiet? How do you keep this a secret?"<\/p>\n

While Arnold called the affair a "major failure" in his life, he noted that Joseph makes him proud.<\/p>\n

"It was wrong what I did," he said in the doc. "But I don't want to make Joseph feel that he's not welcome in this world because he's very much welcome in this world. And I love him, and he's turned out to be an extraordinary young man."<\/p>\n

Like his dad Arnold, Joseph is an actor and has a passion for fitness. He also works in real estate and competed on season 31 of Dancing With the Stars<\/em>.

Chris and Anna tied the knot in 2009, but after eight years of marriage, they announced their breakup.<\/a><\/p>\n

Anna (who was previously married to Ben Indra<\/strong>) <\/strong>hinted her life with Chris wasn\u2019t as picture perfect as it may have seemed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
