Last week, the best celebrity beauty moments took the form of dramatic blush<\/a> and stylistic eyeliner. But, this week, it\u2019s all about matching your nails to your lipstick. From ruby lips and manicures to bubblegum pink pairs, celebrity beauty returned to bold statements. 
For example, Rihanna\u2019s Fenty Beauty officially launched in India. So, naturally, she celebrated with a bold red lipstick (her Stunna Paint Lip Color<\/a> in the shade \u201cUncensored\u201d) which was the exact same shade as her nails. Ms. Tina Knowles agreed, pairing her shiny pink lips with an equally pink manicure for a Mother\u2019s Day campaign. Meanwhile, Tracee Ellis Ross and Tessa Thompson skipped the manicure, wearing their red lips with naked nails and slick updos.
Speaking of hair, Solange left us all in shock this week, shaving all her hair off. \u201cI always said you could shave your head and wear a garbage bag and still look gorgeous,\u201d her mother, Ms. Tina said in an Instagram post. But, hair, nails, and lips weren\u2019t the only way to make a statement. Nara Smith, who just announced the release of her new cookbook Homemade<\/em>, attended the Tiffany and Co. Blue Book Gala in nothing but a bold set of lashes.
