ABOUT THE MEET:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The GNAC Combined Events Championship brings together the conference’s top multi-event athletes competing in the decathlon and heptathlon over two days of competition. Central Washington will serve as host\u00a0of\u00a0athletes from across the Great Northwest Athletic Conference to battle for championship points and individual titles.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Western Oregon University\u00a0\u00a0
Western Washington University\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Wildcats will have the most athletes out of the four participating teams with 11 total athletes competing.\u00a0Competing on the men’s side\u00a0are\u00a0five athletes: Drew Klein<\/a><\/dfn>, Charles Pieper<\/a><\/dfn>, Josh Boast<\/a><\/dfn>,\u00a0Boogy Brown<\/a><\/dfn>, and Matthew Bender<\/a><\/dfn>.\u00a0Six athletes\u00a0will\u00a0represent\u00a0the ‘Cats on the women’s side: Carley Huber<\/a><\/dfn>, Ellie DeGroot<\/a><\/dfn>, Meggie Kilcup<\/a><\/dfn>, Samantha DeLay<\/a><\/dfn>, Addyson Bowyer<\/a><\/dfn>, and Elia Baker<\/a><\/dfn>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The festivities begin tomorrow morning\u00a010:00 a.m. when the men\u00a0participate\u00a0in the\u00a0100m\u00a0dash while the women begin at 10:15 a.m. with the\u00a0100m\u00a0hurdles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
