Law enforcement arrested an Owensville man on Tuesday after allegedly discovering firearms, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
On March 31, Gasconade County deputies conducted a drug related search at Tyler Neal Tracy’s residence.
Court documents state deputies were advised there was methamphetamine and possibly stolen firearms inside the residence.
At 11:20 p.m., deputies received Tracy’s consent to search his residence.
During the search, deputies located two firearms that Tracy claimed were his.
Deputies also found several glass smoking devices, which tested positive for meth.
Court documents state deputies found 27 grams of meth, numerous bags and a digital scale in the kitchen.
Tracy was booked into Gasconade County Jail and is being held on a $40,000 bond.
Prosecutors have charged him with Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Use of Weapon.
