The Colorado Bureau of Investigations is asking for help finding a teenager who has been missing for over a week and might be in a mental health crisis.
Witnesses last saw Sladen Capps, 17, in the 9200 block of York Street in Thornton in the afternoon of March 20. Capps is about six feet tall and 150 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing jeans, an Air Force One hooded sweatshirt and black shoes at the time.
The CBI announcement said law enforcement believes he may be experiencing a mental health crisis that could put him in danger. People with information about his whereabouts should call 911 or the Adams County sheriff’s office, 303-288-1535.
