March 26, 2026 – DSG Global has expanded with the addition of Dustin Laws as managing director for its corporate practice. In this role, he will focus on recruiting financial, operational, and legal leadership for organizations across the business, professional, and commercial services sectors, supporting clients as they strengthen executive teams and position their organizations for long-term growth. Mr. Laws will be based in DSG’s Philadelphia headquarters.
“As DSG Global continues to expand its corporate practice, Dustin brings valuable perspective and experience to our team,” said Aileen K. Alexander, CEO of DSG Global. “His proven track record of helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams is invaluable as we continue to reimagine how companies attract, retain and develop top talent to drive long-term growth in an ever-changing environment.”

“Dustin’s ability to navigate intricate organizational structures and align leadership talent with business priorities makes him a powerful addition to the firm,” said Sonya Olds Som, DSG’s global managing partner leading the legal, risk, and compliance practice group. “His experience working across corporate and professional services environments helps expand our reach in key sectors and opens new opportunities to support clients seeking exceptional financial, operational, and legal leadership.”
Mr. Laws joins DSG Global with a focus on recruiting financial, operational, and legal leadership for organizations across the business, professional, and commercial services sectors. His work centers on identifying high-impact leaders who can navigate complexity and scale organizations through periods of transformation. Mr. Laws brings extensive experience advising organizations across a range of ownership structures, including public companies, private partnerships, and private capital-backed organizations.
Prior to joining DSG Global, Mr. Laws served as a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ global financial officers practice, where he partnered with organizations on executive search and talent advisory mandates, with a focus on CFO and senior finance leadership. Earlier in his career, he was a managing director in the law firm management practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa, leading searches across all business operations functions for AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 firms.
“Finance, operations, and legal leaders play an increasingly central role in shaping an organization’s strategic direction,” said Mr. Laws. “I’m pleased to join DSG Global and partner with clients to identify the leaders who can help organizations build the foundations needed for sustained growth.”
