COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Brothers Under Christ at Texas A&M will host Island Party, a community-wide music festival, on Friday, March 27 at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater. Doors open at 3:27 p.m.
The festival is a philanthropic event that benefits The Bridge Ministries, a food pantry that feeds over 500 families in Bryan-College Station. The goal is to raise $25,000.
This year’s lineup includes Aiden Ross, a recent winner of “The Voice,” Chris Renzema, Luke Rob and Mike Duhaime. Additional artists spanning multiple genres will also perform.
The music festival is family-friendly, alcohol-free and open to all Bryan-College Station families, not just Texas A&M students. Between 2,000 and 3,000 people attend each year.
In addition to live music, the festival grounds will include food vendors, thrift store shopping and vendor booths.
Island Party is a Brothers Under Christ tradition dating back to 1985 at Texas A&M. The music festival format dates back to 1994.
Tickets are $30, with discounts available throughout town. Tickets can be purchased at tamuislandparty.com.
