NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Louisiana senators could vote Monday on a bill banning the use of artificial intelligence to create child sexual abuse materials.
Last year, a middle schooler in Lafourche Parish allegedly created multiple fake nude images of his own classmates.
This is one of several AI child exploitation bills that will be discussed in this legislative session.
If it passes the State Senate, it will move to the House.
