PRESS RELEASE
AUSTELL, Ga. — Operative IQ, a leading provider of operational readiness software for EMS and public safety agencies, and Signifi Solutions Inc., a provider of intelligent automated dispensing and secure storage solutions, announced their strategic partnership at EMS World 2026. The partnership combines Operative IQ’s inventory and asset management platform with Signifi’s intelligent vending, smart locker, and key locker technologies to provide EMS organizations with secure, automated access to critical supplies, medications, equipment, and assets.
The partnership integrates Signifi’s intelligent vending machines, smart lockers, and key lockers with Operative IQ’s inventory and asset management platform, helping EMS agencies automate access to critical supplies, medications, equipment, and vehicle keys. By connecting automated dispensing and secure storage with centralized inventory management, agencies can improve visibility into resource usage, strengthen accountability, and maintain a more complete record of inventory and asset transactions.
“Our customers are looking for smarter ways to manage and distribute critical resources across their organizations,” said EJ Aufderheide, President and CEO of Operative IQ. “Through our partnership with Signifi, we’re connecting intelligent vending and locker technology with Operative IQ’s inventory and asset management platform to help agencies provide secure, on-demand access to supplies, equipment, vehicle keys, and other essential resources while improving visibility and accountability.”
Powered by SignifiVISION, the integrated solutions support inventory distribution, equipment returns, key management, replenishment, and chain-of-custody tracking. The integration connects automated access and dispensing activity with inventory management workflows, helping agencies reduce manual processes and maintain better oversight of resources across stations, vehicles, and supply locations.
For EMS organizations operating across multiple locations and shifts, secure resource access and accurate inventory records are essential to operational readiness. By combining automated dispensing and storage technology with software built for public safety operations, Operative IQ and Signifi aim to help agencies improve supply availability, strengthen asset accountability, and streamline day-to-day resource management.
“EMS personnel need secure, reliable access to the supplies and equipment that support frontline response,” said Henry Hey, Chief Commercial Officer at Signifi Solutions Inc. “By connecting Signifi’s automated vending and smart locker solutions with Operative IQ’s inventory and asset management software, we help EMS agencies streamline access to medical supplies, equipment, and vehicle keys while strengthening inventory visibility and accountability. This partnership supports operational readiness and allows crews to spend less time managing supplies and more time serving their communities.”
