Tulane continues to stockpile outstanding talent in the 2027 recruiting class, now with 20 total pledges, including four wide receivers.
Today, three-star wide receiver Dallas Crescenzo from Bastrop High School in Bastrop, Texas, committed to Coach Will Hall and the Green Wave. Tulane wide receivers coach Carter Sheridan was instrumental in securing his commitment.
Crescenzo had previously committed to Purdue on October 16, 2025, but reopened his recruitment on June 5. He had taken multiple visits to Florida State, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Pittsburgh, Eastern Michigan, FIU, and Arizona State. He was a highly coveted prospect by all of those programs, along with several others.
The 6-foot, 183-pound receiver gets out of his breaks quickly, is a polished route runner, can cradle over-the-shoulder passes, creates immediate separation early in his routes, and appears to find another gear once the ball is in the air.
His versatility sets him apart. Crescenzo is capable of lining up in the slot, outside receiver, or even in the backfield, while also being a dangerous punt returner. He describes himself as a physical player who embraces contact.
He hauled in 29 passes for 660 yards, averaging an eye-opening 22.7 yards per reception, with seven touchdowns.
Crescenzo also runs a 4.51-second 40-yard dash.
