Oregon Ducks quarterback Dante Moore is coming to a gaming console near you.
EA Sports unveiled Tuesday that Moore, along with Miami receiver Malachi Toney and Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy, will be featured on the cover of the upcoming video game, College Football 27. The game officially launches July 9 for PlayStation and Xbox.
Moore, Toney and Lacy are featured on the covers of both the standard and Deluxe Edition of the game. The Deluxe Edition also features 2026 College Football Playoff champion and Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti, USC quarterback Jayden Maiava and Texas edge rusher Colin Simmons, amongst others.
Moore, who passed for over 3,500 yards and 30 touchdowns during his redshirt-sophomore 2025 season, is the second Ducks quarterback featured on the cover. Former Ducks signal-caller Joey Harrington graced the cover of EA’s 2002 game “NCAA Football 2003”.
EA stopped producing the game in 2013 and revived the title in 2024.
Ducks head coach Dan Lanning and Oregon’s mascot, The Duck, were featured on College Football 26’s Deluxe Edition cover last season.
“Being on the cover of EA SPORTS College Football 27 is an absolute privilege after growing up a fan of the game,” Moore was quoted as saying in EA Sports’ press release. “Coach Lanning and The Duck were on last year’s Deluxe Edition, and now to carry that legacy forward and represent Oregon myself makes me really proud.”
EA Sports’ full unveiling of College Football 27 is set for Thursday, June 4. The game officially releases July 9, though college football fans can play as early as July 2 with EA’s 10-hour early access trial, according to a press release.
Official pricing for the game was not announced. The 2025 version of the game cost $70 for the standard edition and $100 for the Deluxe Edition.
