Anne Hathaway Is Soaking up This Sweet but Fleeting Phase With Sons – Momtastic

Anne Hathaway has been focused on enjoying this fleeting yet sweet phase with her sons. During a recent interview with Elle, the “Devil Wears Prada” actress opened up about her family life. The mother of two revealed that she is happy at the moment because she gets to spend quality time with her children.
The award-winning star has been aware of how fast her kids are growing, so she’s trying to “soak it up” before her sons are too cool to spend time with their parents. For those unversed, Hathaway shared two sons, Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6, with her husband, Adam Shulman.
Anne Hathaway has been spending more quality time with her children as of late. She opened up about her kids in an interview for Elle’s Summer 2026 The Epic Issue. She is one of the cover stars, alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Charlize Theron, and Zendaya. This issue focuses on the “Women of The Odyssey.”
While speaking about her family, Hathaway reportedly couldn’t stop smiling. She revealed that her two sons have been in a “fun zone” recently, where they enjoy spending time with their parents. Furthermore, the actress highlighted that she “understands” that her kids would not be in that phase forever.
“Well, we will always love hanging out with them, but their feelings about us might change,” she said, laughing. The 43-year-old then shared how she and Shulman have been dealing with this fleeting phase of parenthood.
“So for the moment, we’re all just in it. Adam and I are soaking it up. I’m having the most wonderful time with my family, living in the city of my dreams, and work seems to be going really, really well,” she added. 
In addition, Hathaway quipped, “So rather obnoxiously, I’m having a great time as everything else burns.”
