We continue our month-long conversation on mental health and emotional wellness.  This is a Wellness Wednesday conversation because wellness matters, and we all deserve the opportunity to be well. For many people, the biggest challenge is not recognizing the need for help — it’s knowing where to turn once that need becomes real.  We focus on the free mental health services and resources available right here in the district of columbia, while taking a closer look at access, barriers, social determinants, and how people can find the support that fits their individual needs.
