The Teaching, Learning and Technology Center (TLTC) is pleased to announce the Summer 2026 Productivity Series, designed to help administrators and staff strengthen everyday technology skills and work more efficiently across campus. Through hands-on, interactive sessions, participants will explore practical uses of Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools that support communication, collaboration, organization and digital content creation.
The series includes six workshops focused on workplace productivity, including file management, meetings, presentations, spreadsheets, artificial intelligence and visual communications. Each session is designed to help participants build confidence with tools they use regularly while developing practical skills that can be applied immediately in a University setting.
Workshops will take place throughout May, June and July. Registration is now open for all sessions.

Learn how to use OneDrive more effectively for file storage, collaboration and recovery. Participants will explore file status icons, sharing options, permissions and version history to better organize documents and avoid common file management issues.
June 1, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. | July 14, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Explore key Microsoft Teams features that support more effective meetings and collaboration. Participants will learn how to schedule meetings, use Scheduling Assistant, manage meeting settings, enable recordings and captions and troubleshoot common audio and video issues.
June 3, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. | July 15, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Discover practical strategies for creating more polished and engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Topics include presentation design, University templates, Designer, Presenter View, narration and embedding video content.
June 8, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. | July 20, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Build foundational Excel skills that support day-to-day administrative tasks. Participants will learn how to sort and filter data, freeze rows and columns, create formulas with AutoSum, build tables and generate simple charts for reporting and decision-making.
June 9, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. | July 21, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Explore practical applications of artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Firefly. Participants will learn how AI can support writing, summarizing, brainstorming and visual content creation while also discussing responsible and ethical use, including privacy, bias, accuracy and copyright considerations.
June 10, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. | July 22, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Learn how to create polished visual content for everyday campus communications using Adobe Express. Participants will create a professional flyer, generate and add a QR code, edit a short video and explore tools such as templates, branding, icons, resizing and text effects.
